What are the check-in and check-out times?

The reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day, offering a service of:
Check-in from 16:00

What are the meal times?

On the second floor in our panoramic room we are waiting for you to start your day with buffet breakfast and personalised menus:

from 07:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

On our private lido with à la carte lunch and dinner menus and in the background the stacks of our bay:

light lunch from 12.00 to 14.30

light dinner from 20.00 to 22.00

Are animals allowed?

Yes, the hotel welcomes all your pet friends. Surcharge: €15 per day and includes pet bowl and kennel.

In which area are animals allowed?

Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, swimming pool and on the beach by regulation of the local harbourmaster's office.

Is half board possible? Do you provide lunch or dinner?

This is possible. Half board includes dinner. We also offer the possibility of full board. Both services are excluding drinks.

Do you offer a gluten-free service/cookery for celiacs?

Yes, we offer gluten-free meals on request and with prior notification to the reception.

Does the hotel have a private beach? How far away is it?

Yes, the Lido Grand Hotel De Rose with opening hours from 08:00 to 19:00, with lifeguard assistance, is reserved for our guests. The private beach, equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds, beach umbrellas and hot showers, is only a few steps away from the hotel and therefore easily accessible via a pleasant and comfortable flight of steps within our roof garden, alternatively by ape calessino with opening hours from 08:00 to 18:00. Also inside the lido is the Beach Bar, with a restaurant open from 16.00 to 24.00.

Is the beach suitable for children?

The beach consists of pebble sand, transparent waters that slowly slope down to the depths. Suitable for the whole family.

Are umbrellas and sunbeds included in the room?

Yes, the room reservation also includes a sunshade, a deckchair and a sunbed.

Is there a car park?

Yes, the hotel has an outdoor, unattended car park, free of charge for our guests.

Is the hotel equipped with an internet connection?

Yes, all common areas of the resort are covered by free Wi-Fi service.

What common areas are available for activities?

Available to guests are:  - a fitness area, equipped with Technogym machines (accessible with a small daily supplement) - by the swimming pool, an area reserved for hydro-bike equipment (accessible by guests free of charge) - tennis court, subject to availability by reservation: single (15€, night 25€), double (25€, night 35€)

Are there organised activities/excursions?

We are happy to offer excursions inside the Pollino Park by quad, guided tours or on your own to visit the surrounding beauty spots (Diamante, Padula and Certosa, Tropea, the Christ of Maratea, Capri, Amalfi and many others). We also offer the possibility of taking part in sea excursions to visit the Island of Dino, the Blue Grotto, and the Arco Magno. For the more daring, the possibility of extreme sports: rafting, quad adventure, paragliding.

When is it possible to use the swimming pool?

Swimming in the pool is provided in the presence of a lifeguard at the following times: from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00.

Is there a pool bar?

Yes, the Pool Bar operates from 16:00 to 24:00.
